IMAGING YOUR HOME
Image is everything! First impressions are decisive! A tasteful staging and presentation of your home goes a long way in achieving your goals. Just simple repairs and cosmetic touches can changes the perception of your home and attract a different class of buyers. Below are suggestions that can make a difference in how your home is seen and what it is sold for:

Curb appeal: The approaching view can trigger strong connections and interest in a potential buyer. An important indicator is how well-kept the lawn is. Buyers are attracted to well-groomed and landscaped properties. Make sure you present an image that is inviting!

A stunning entrance! Your doorway and entrances are the first points of contact with the home. The appeal of your home can be heightened with a bit of paint, seasonal decorations or other objects that capture the attention of a prospective buyer.

Light! Light! Light! The feel and look of your home changes with the amount of light that enters the house. Be sure that your home is well lit. Replace used bulbs, clean the windows and place lamps in strategic locations to enhance the feeling of being at home.
